CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
STEP 1: Ingredients:
1 lb. spaghetti noodles
1 (4 oz.) can tomato juice
1 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
3 c. boiled chicken breast, cubed

Cook and drain spaghetti. Add tomato juice and soak until all juice is absorbed by the noodles. Put in 3 quart casserole and add mushrooms and chicken. Set aside.

STEP 2: Ingredients:
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. half and half cream
Salt & white pepper to taste
Paprika
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Melt butter, blend in flour, add cream and chicken broth cook stirring until thick. Add salt, pepper, paprika and cheese, mix well. Pour over noodle mixture and bake uncovered for 1/2 hour in 325 degree oven.
