1 lb. (5 c.) rhubarb, cut in 1/2" pieces
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
