3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water

Combine ingredients in small pan. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups. Freezes well.
