RHUBARB SAUCE 
3 c. diced rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 boxes strawberry jello
2 c. cold water
1/4 c. lemon juice

Simmer over low heat until tender. Remove from heat and add gelatin, water and lemon juice. Garnish with Dream Whip. Serves 12-15.
