PINEAPPLE - RHUBARB SAUCE 
5 c. diced rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple plus juice
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello

Combine first 3 ingredients in heavy saucepan on medium heat, stirring often. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Can quickly and process 10 minutes in boiling water. 3 1/2 pints.
