3 c. diced rhubarb
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
2 boxes strawberry Jello
1/4 c. lemon juice

Simmer over low heat until done. Remove from heat and add strawberry Jello, water and lemon juice. Garnish with Dream Whip. Serves 12 to 15.
