PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 can (20 oz.) sliced pineapple
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Jello vanilla flavored pudding
10 maraschino cherry halves
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (4 oz.) vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil

Drain pineapple, save juice. Combine pudding and pineapple juice; set aside.

Arrange pineapple slices in 13x9 pan. Place cherry half in center of each. Pour pudding mix over pineapple. Sprinkle with brown sugar; set aside.

In bowl combine cake mix and box of pudding, egg, water and oil. Blend and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour over pineapple mix in pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 5 minutes.
