BREAKFAST CHERRY PARFAIT 
10 lg. fresh or thawed frozen cherries, pitted an cut into halves (no sugar added)
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar or honey
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
3/4 oz. cold cereal

In small bowl combine first 4 ingredients mixing until blended; spoon into parfait glass and top with cereal.
