1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz. or 11 oz.) cheesecake mix
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Prepare graham crumbs from mix in a small bowl following label directions; reserve. Prepare filling following label directions; fold in lemon rind. Spoon half the graham crackers into the bottoms of 6 parfait or pretty glasses; layer some cheesecake filling, some cherry pie filling, more crumbs, remaining cheesecake filling and remaining cherry pie filling. Refrigerate. Garnish with sliced almonds.
