BAKED MUSHROOM OMELETTE 
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together. Put in a greased baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until it sets.

1 tbsp. butter
Milk
Sliced button mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
Sherry

Stir first 3 ingredients together in a pan, until you get a smooth consistency. Add mushrooms and sherry to taste. Pour this sauce over partially set omelette. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with toast.
