3 egg whites
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
Vanilla
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Beat egg whites firmly. Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until thickened. Remove and cool. Add egg whites. Beat thoroughly and add vanilla and powdered sugar. Makes topping for one pie.
