1/4 c. flour
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Mix and cook the first five ingredients until mixture begins to thicken. Add vanilla and coconut. Pour into a baked pie crust. Top with meringue.
