1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. thick sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Beat sugar and egg together. Add sour cream and soda. Add remaining ingredients. Roll and cut. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
