COCONUT CRISPS | |
6 slices trimmed white bread, cut each in 4 strips 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 2/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut Use two forks and roll bread strips in sweetened condensed milk. Coat all the sides. Roll in coconut. Place on well greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove immediately from sheet. Serves about 23. |
