1 can tomato paste
2 cans water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 whole bay leaf
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 sm. whole onion
1 lb. ground beef

Mix all ingredients except ground beef and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Pour over 1 pound ground beef, browned.
