MOCK CHOCOLATE ECLAIR 
1 lb. box graham crackers
2 (4 oz.) boxes instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Favorite chocolate frosting recipe or prepared can

Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer bottom of baking dish with uncrushed graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk; beat for 2 minutes and blend in softened Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over the layer of graham crackers. Add second layer of graham crackers and pour the rest of pudding mixture on top. Add third layer of graham crackers. Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight. Top with chocolate frosting.
