CHICKEN HOT DISH 
1 c. raw white rice
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. each minced onion and green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir 2-3 times while baking.
