1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. cold water

Mix above well, then fold in 6 ounces milk chocolate chips and 1/2 cup pecans and most of 1 bar German chocolate grated. Mix well. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients and put on cake. Shave a little chocolate on top.
