EASY SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. hot pork sausage (at room temperature)
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Crumble the sausage and mix with cheese. Add biscuit mix one cup at a time. Form into small balls about 1-inch in diameter and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350°F to 375°F oven until light brown (13 to 15 minutes).

Makes 7 dozen.

They can be prepared in advance and frozen uncooked. When ready to use just pop them in the oven and bake. Cooking may take a few extra minutes.
