SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
2 lb. pork, cut into strips
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. sliced carrots
3/4 c. green and red pepper, cut in strips
1 c. pineapple chunks
Pineapple syrup from 1 can pineapple chunks

Brown pork in hot cooking oil. Drain off fat. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pineapple syrup. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add vegetables, pork and pineapple chunks, cook 2-3 minutes. Don't over cook the vegetables. Good for 6 servings.
