MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (not super moist or pudding)
3 eggs
1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice
3/4 c. oil
9 oz. container whipped topping
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple & juice

Beat cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges and juice for 3 minutes. Put into 9"x13" greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool cake.

TOPPING: Mix crushed pineapple and juice with vanilla pudding mix. Add vanilla and topping. Spread on cake. Put in refrigerator.
