MEATLOAF SURPRISE | |
1 pkg. 12 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 egg 1/2 c. minced onion 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. sour cream 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese In bowl combine all ingredients, except sour cream and cheese. Pat into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Pour off juice (save if desired). Combine sour cream and cheese. Spread evenly over top of meatloaf. Return to oven about 5 minutes or until sour cream is hot. |
