MEXICAN LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef or chuck, browned with onions
1 can refried Old El Paso or Ortega beans
1 (20 oz.) jar salsa
1 pt. sour cream
1 bag tortilla chips
1/2 lb. shredded Cojack (Longhorn and Swiss mix) cheese

Layer meat mixture, tortilla chips, sour cream, and 1/2 pound of shredded Cojack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, then place shredded lettuce and cut up tomatoes on top. Use ungreased 13x9x2 pan or glass dish.
