KAHLUA TRUFFLES 
12 oz. Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate
4 egg yolks
1/3 c. Kahlua
2/3 c. sweet butter
Unsweetened cocoa (baking cocoa)

Melt chocolate over double boiler. Cool a bit. Add yolks, one at a time. When blended, add Kahlua and return to simmering water for 2 to 3 minutes. Beat in butter, 1 tablespoon at a time until fluffy. Cover with plastic and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Roll into small balls, then roll in cocoa to cover. Refrigerate.

These are wonderful. I accidently made them with 2/3 of a stick of butter instead of 2/3 of a cup! They tasted great.

My husband and I both loved these. I didn't have dark chocolate so I used semi-sweet instead, and it turned out wonderful. We're trying it again with Frangelico. I added powdered sugar and finely chopped nuts to the cocoa to roll them in. Thanks for sharing!
