ORIENTAL BURGER SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 tsp. soy sauce

In large skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender. Stir to separate meat. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Cover; cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir often. Add more water if needed. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles. Serve with additional soy sauce. Serves 6.
