NAPA CABBAGE SALAD 
Melt 3/4 stick butter in fry pan. Add 2 packages of "Smack Ramen" noodles, crushed, and 3/4 cup slivered almonds. Fry on medium heat until brown. Cool.

In large bowl, put: 5 green onions, cut up

Add browned and cooled mixture. Mix and pour over all: 1 c. cooking oil 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix and serve.
