CARAMEL CORN 
Popcorn, 1 popper full
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Make 1 popper full of popcorn. While popping popcorn, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat until liquid. Add baking soda slowly. The mixture will start to foam. Turn off heat and let foam settle. Pour over popcorn while mixing to cover all of the popcorn.
