JELLO MOLD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 sm. pkgs. cream cheese
1 sm. jar pimento (chopped)
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped coarsely
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream (whipped)

Mix Jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup pineapple juice (use juice from can of crushed pineapple). Add water if necessary to equal 1 cup. Cool. Cut cream cheese into little pieces. Mix rest of ingredients in after Jello sets. Fold in whipped cream last.
