FRIED BISCUITS (HUBER FARM) 
1 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. yeast
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. very hot water
Self-rising flour

Mix first 3 ingredients, add oil and water. Mix well. Add self-rising flour until dough reaches rolling consistency (not too sticky). Roll dough 1/2 inch thick, cut with biscuit cutter. Let rise or freeze for later date. Fry until brown on both sides. Makes 80 biscuits.
