MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts-pecans, ground

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, flour and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Chill and then roll in confectioners' sugar.
