BROCCOLI RITZ 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 lb. butter
35 Ritz crackers, crushed finely

Cook broccoli in 1 cup water. Save 1/2 cup of the water. Put water and broccoli back into pot. Add all Velveeta and 1/8 pound butter. Mix until melted. (You may have to turn stove on again.)

Put into baking dish. Melt remaining butter and mix with Ritz. Spread over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Can be put together the day before and kept in refrigerator until ready to bake. Add 10 minutes baking time.
