CHEESE-BACON OMELET 
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese
2 1/2 - 3 oz. cooked bacon, crumbled

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 1/2" or 9" pan. Whip eggs, milk, butter, salt, onion and pepper until blended. Pour in pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Bake 20 minutes.

Serves 4.
