BACON AND CHEESE OVEN OMELET 
12 slices bacon
6 slices cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Cook bacon and drain. Curl 1 slice. Chop 4 slices and leave others as whole slices.

Cut cheese slices into halves, arrange in the bottom of a lightly buttered 9 inch pie pan.

Beat together eggs and milk with a fork, add chopped bacon. Pour over cheese and bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange whole bacon slices on top of omelet around bacon curls. Bake 10 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
