1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. Cream of Wheat
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seasoning salt (Lawry's)

Mix all ingredients well (best mixed with your hands). Form for your choice of baking pan.

Bake uncovered on 400°F for approximately 45 min. Drain excess grease. Top with ketchup and bake 5 more min.
