3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 cups diced bananas

Mix together flour, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Then add oil, vanilla, eggs, pineapple and bananas. Stir mixture. DO NOT BEAT.

Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350°F for 1 hour 20 minutes. Check at 1 hour.
