FILLED CUPCAKES 
1 c. water
3 sticks butter
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Heat to boiling the water, butter, and cocoa. Add sugar, flour, and salt. Add eggs and mix again. Mix sour milk, soda, and vanilla separately. Add to first mixture. Fill cupcake papers half full.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 beaten egg
1 (6 or 12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar

Mix together. Drop 1 tablespoon in center of each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
