SPICY BROILED TROUT 
1/2 c. dry white wine or water
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. mustard (not dry)
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. onion flakes
Pinch of salt
Pinch of rosemary
1 to 2 lb. trout fillet

Place trout fillets in greased baking dish. Combine ingredients in saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour half of sauce over fillets and broil for 6 to 7 minutes. Add remaining sauce and finish cooking. Yield: 2 to 4 servings.
