POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Completely thaw hashbrowns. Mix together next 7 ingredients. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter for topping and put on top. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
