ALMOND ROCA 
1 c. BUTTER
1 c. almonds (or other nuts)
1 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

Melt butter and add sugar. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-high. Boil for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Add nuts and continue to boil for another 5 minutes or until golden brown. Pour mixture on a cookie sheet and spread as thin as possible. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and let sit for 1-2 minutes, then spread over candy. Refrigerate until firm, then break into pieces. ENJOY!
