4 c. canned vegetable juice (32 oz.) 1 3/4 c. beef broth (14 1/2 oz.) 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 c. sliced celery 3 c. shredded cabbage 1 c. diced onion In a large saucepan, combine vegetable juice, broth and dry onion soup mix. Add celery, cabbage and onion. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour. |
