FROZEN FRUIT SALAD | |
2 (#303) cans crushed pineapple 1 pkg. lime Jello (use dry) 1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Kraft Dinner Butter Mints Put pineapple and juice in large bowl. Sprinkle dry lime Jello over this. fold in marshmallows. Cover bowl. put in refrigerator overnight. Shave mints and fold into whipped cream. Add to marshmallow mixture. Put in 9x13 pan and put in freezer. When ready to serve, cut into 2 1/2-inch squares. Put well-drained red cherry on top. |
