CHINESE VEAL 
1 1/2 lbs. cubed pork
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. raw rice
1 can chicken with rice soup
1/2 c. water
3 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 cups frozen peas
1 c. diced celery

Brown pork, adding onions to saute'. Put in casserole. Add the rice, soup, water and soy sauce. Bake 40 minutes in a 425 degree oven (covered). Remove and add peas and celery. Bake (uncovered) 20 minutes more.
