PORK CHINESE HOT DISH 
1 lb. pork steak, cubed
3 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. shortening

Brown together: Then add: 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. water 4 tsp. soy sauce

Put in large buttered dish. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees.
