PORK HOT DISH 
3 lb. lean pork shoulder, cut in bite-size cube pieces
4 lg. onions, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms, undrained
3 (2 1/2 size) cans tomatoes
1 can tomato paste (sm.)
1 can water
1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. noodles, cooked
Salt & pepper

Brown meat. Add onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and continue browning. Add tomatoes, paste, water and mushrooms and simmer about 4 hours. Remove from heat and add 3/4 of the cheese and blend. Add noodles and stir. Place in buttered casserole or roaster. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
