SAUCEY PORK DISH 
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. onion, diced

Mix first 8 ingredients and pour over meat. The meat may be spareribs, country ribs or pork chops. Salt and pepper meat. Pour sauce over meat. Top with diced onion. Cover tightly, cook slow, 3-3 1/2 hours at 275 degrees.
