PORK CHOP & POTATO HOT POT 
4 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, sliced
4 med. potatoes, sliced
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wipe chops with damp paper towels. With edge of saucer pound chops on each side. Trim extra fat. Brown chops on both sides, salt and pepper; drain well. Place in 2 quart casserole. Arrange potatoes and onion slices over top. Pour cheese soup over all. Bake covered 1 hour.
