BLUEBERRY PEACH TRIFLE 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel
1 3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant lemon peel
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
4 c. pound cake, cubed
2 1/2 c. fresh peaches sliced or 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
2 c. blueberries

Combine:

Eag le Brand milk
Water
Lemon Rind

Mix well. Add pudding mix, beat until blended. Fold in whipped cream. Put 2 cups in 4 quart bowl. Top with half the cake cubes. Peaches then half remaining pudding, remaining cake cubes then the blueberries, rest of pudding. Chill at least 4 hours.
