BLUEBERRY PUDDING CAKE 
2 c. blueberries
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water

Put blueberries and juice of lemon in bottom of greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Make batter out of sugar, butter, milk, flour, baking powder, and salt; pour evenly over berries.

Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt and sprinkle over cake. Pour boiling water over all; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
