LUSCIOUS LEMONADE CAKE 
CAKE:

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. can frozen lemonade, thawed
3 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs

FROSTING:

1 can Pillsbury ready to spread vanilla frosting
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 8 or 9 inch round cake pans. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest spread. Spoon batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely.

In small bowl, combine frosting and lemon peel; stir until well blended. Fill and frost cake. Garnish with thin slices of fresh lemon.
