LEMONADE ICE CREAM CAKE 
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 sm. can pink lemonade concentrate

Blend ice cream and lemonade with hand mixer or stir until well mixed. Make graham cracker crust as follows: 3/4 c. butter, melted 4 tbsp. sugar

Press crust into 9"x13" pan without edges. Pour ice cream mixture on top of crust. Freeze. Cut into squares when ready to serve.
